The ibis Amsterdam City West is edgy and convenient, due to its stylish rooms and the easy connection to the city centre and airport. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel, so your new pictures of Amsterdam can be uploaded right away. All rooms are equipped with a work desk, flat screen TV, soft Sweet Beds and bathroom with shower. Breakfast is offered every morning. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the hotel is non smoking. The hotel is cashless.
After a 6 minutes train ride, you'll walk straight into the hustle and bustle of the city, full of restaurants and shops. bedrooms not properly cleaned!

room 701: blanket of my bed had a big purple stain (around 10 cm) and when I moved a pillow I found also on bed headboard a boogers attached!!! I discovered that around midnight, then I asked to change the room and I received immediately a new room. However at midnight instead to relax after long business day I had to move my baggage. Day after I said my concern to reception during check-out showing also pictures of the case; the bill was not discounted as I expected in this case. This hotel is not usually the best in terms of cleanliness but normally good enough. This time was too much. I'm silver membership and usually I stay here when I'm in Amsterdam for business because the hotel is very close to my office (Dell Technolgies) but not sure I'll book again this IBIS next time.

Quite hotel, close to the metro. There is also a direct bus to Central station.

Only 20min to City Center. Busses drive every 10min, at night every hour. Awesome. Room itself was very clean. Beds are sturdy. The roomlights were very bright, so reading is not very relaxing. One Thing botherd me, the Bathroom was like a plastic capsule and very tiny. That was just uncomfortable, loud squaking when walking inside of it, as it would collapse any secound.

The bed was comfortable, the pillow was super great, soft. there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The bathrooms are relatively noisy, the bathroom is not a separate room, but a plastic space inside the room. cleaning services were great. We didn't have breakfast but the bar service was ok. The "bad" thing was that I had to pay the full amount in advance (a month in advance) with no option to change / postpone the date or cancel without additional charge. this option was charged extra on the beggining. And since Amsterdam is not cheap, this hotel was not cheap either.

The hotel is ok, the food was good, the rooms were clean but bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, I felt like being on a cruise ship
