A smart Hotel , positioned well for sightseeing. Our room was a junior suite on the ground floor . Due to this our room was noisy as we could hear street noise all day and night . Eating in the restaurants on site was challenging at times . I have Coeliac disease and food intolerances. Unfortunately I was unwell after breakfast on Sunday morning . On our last night I was given my meal with balsamic vinegar on it ( intolerant to vinegars ) so meal was taken away . My husband ate alone , then eventually I ate alone , such a shame . Our meal at Bridges was very good and we had no problems.

This is a top notch hotel. The rooms are light, bright and well equipped and maintained. Our bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant, efficient and faultlessly helpful. The location is central, but just outside the main tourist area so that there was no noise even when that central area was packed. There are two quality restaurants available in-house, as well as bars, a lounge and a spa (with pool). If you go there, expect to have a wonderful stay.

the staff especially Bartosz the butler were amazing. They went above and beyond always, from the door man to the breakfast host and more.

Hotel is very well located One can walk to almost anywhere from there. Hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly and service is excellent . Breakfast was great also Highly recommend !
